I'm not really a disorganized person, but some tough life events made it so I couldn't keep up and needed to call for reinforcement. It was completey worth the investment. Getting rid of so much junk felt like a weight lifting off my shoulders, and made it easier to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Alicia was great during our "therapy" (organizing) sessions, and I felt like I had a friend to lean on....while she was also helping me get rid of and organize my crap.
